We are so happy to have worked with Raz and his team for our first big project--converting our basement into an ADU studio. We've never worked with contractors in the past and the process was so overwhelming getting bids with price varying so much and it was hard to know who to go with with the amount of investment we were putting in.
The moment we met Raz, we connected with him instantly--he listened to us, gave recommendations, understood the work and what we needed, and boy did they execute flawlessly. Working with S&I was fantastic. The team did a great job. Eran and Oscar were a great combination of quality and communication. They did our kitchen remodel, that turned out so beautiful I comment on it at least once a week on how grateful I am. We then did a new roof and house painting with them. Cannot wait to work with them again.

Writing this review after working with S&I construction the past few months. We remodeled 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, removed a fireplace, new electrical, and much painting. It was basically an entire house. All of the S&I work was top notch, and their work crew was incredibly respectful and clean. I love that they send the same crew to do an entire job vs a revolving door of strangers cycling through the house.
David was amazing at helping us plan and make better design choices to help save money. He even went "shopping" with me for vanities, counters, and tiles to make sure I picked the right ones. Oscar did most of the actual work and it is absolutely top quality. He even added some metal trim on our tile work, that we never even thought of - but makes everything look so much nicer.
I really think you get what you pay for, and S&I's experienced team brought knowledge to help us create a better design than we had envisioned ourselves and they made the permitting process ridiculously fast. S&I is definitely on speed dial for any future work.
